NASBA Accreditation and CPE Issuance
GAAP Dynamics is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors.
CPE Administrative Policies
As part of being a registered NASBA approved sponsor, GAAP Dynamics has policies to ensure compliance with applicable standards and maintain quality, including:
- Content development and review: Our programs are developed by CPAs with expertise in the subject matter and reviewed by another CPA other than the developer.
- Course updates: Courses are revised as soon as feasible following changes to the relevant pronouncements, codes, laws, rulings, decisions, interpretations, etc. Regardless, courses must be reviewed by a CPA every two years, at a minimum, to ensure compliance.
NASBA Registry
NASBA is an organization that supports and connects the state boards responsible for licensing and regulating CPAs. NASBA manages the National Registry of CPE Sponsors, which is a program that approves continuing professional education (CPE) providers based on national standards. While individual state boards set their own CPE requirements for CPAs to maintain their licenses, the primary benefit to using a NASBA-registered CPE provider is that all state boards accept CPE credits earned from Registry-approved sponsors.
